ROLE:

Client relations and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to John. As Senior Superintendent, John provides overall direction for all Rylko’s superintendents in the Bay Area. He is directly responsible for the overseeing of labor coordination, quality control, and safety on each job site, ensuring they are up to Rylko’s exacting standards. John’s day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural plans, fine-tuning details, scheduling subcontractors, and driving schedules for multiple concurrent projects. John’s goal is to run projects safely and efficiently, and to deliver the highest quality possible.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

John is deeply rooted in the construction industry, beginning with his work in concrete for the family business. From there, he advanced into commercial and tenant improvement construction, performing multiple trades in service of those markets. John later became a union carpenter and foreman in finish carpentry. For the last four years, John has proudly served Rylko as a superintendent.

SKILLS AND HOBBIES:

Best described as a team player, John is highly sociable and enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the lake. His love for the outdoors has led him to become a boating enthusiast, and he enjoys restoring and maintaining boats as well as trucks and classic cars.
