At every stage in the project lifecycle, John-Paul is available to assist Project Managers and Field Superintendents with the necessary construction documents to keep work on-track. John-Paul is instrumental in ensuring work is completed according to plan.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
At the beginning of his career, John-Paul worked closely with his father managing and renovating multi-family complexes. He now owns and manages a multi-family complex himself, where he oversees vacant unit remodels. John-Paul’s background in the public sector has made him adept at navigating bureaucracy and reinforced his natural skill for problem-solving. His most recent work includes serving on a construction management team doing Tenant Improvement work with PG&E, focusing on Service Center refreshes and restacks.
SKILLS AND HOBBIES:
When not at work, John-Paul loves embarking on long road trips and traveling throughout the year. On the weekends, he can often be found at the park with his Alaskan Malamute named Woody. John-Paul also enjoys working on his car, and is often doing improvement projects around the house.
