His collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for exceeding expectations make him a perfect fit for the Rylko team.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

Jake’s signature love of team spirit was forged during his MLB career with the Tampa Bay Rays and the Chicago White Sox. During this time, he developed his passion for collaboration. Prior to his MLB experience, Jake studied at Fresno State where he was a part of the 2008 National Championship team, later graduating from Cal State Fullerton. After his baseball career he jumped into construction project management where he has spent the last 9 years building projects and developing relationships. Today, each of these career turns inform his approach to creative problem-solving.

SKILLS AND HOBBIES:

In his free time, Jake taps into his former career experience by coaching youth baseball teams. An avid volunteer, he works with a number of organizations to provide coaching and support to underprivileged youth throughout his community. He loves to travel with his wife and little girl, and jumps at the chance to play a casual round of golf whenever the situation arises.
