Charlie Walter

In his role as a Superintendent, Charlie is tasked with ensuring the architect’s vision becomes a reality. Charlie oversees field personnel at the jobsite, managing multiple elements simultaneously and monitoring progress to keep the team on schedule. His goal is to surpass client expectations on every project, while also prioritizing safety on the site.

Charlie has been working in the construction industry for close to 30 years. When he began his career in a custom cabinet shop in Chico, he trained under a master craftsman to learn the trade. Soon he became a shop foreman, overseeing operations from fabrication to installation. Since returning to the Bay Area, Charlie has worked in General Construction, becoming a foreman and finally advancing to superintendent, a position he’s held for the past 12 years. In this time Charlie has worked on prestigious projects including a Waldorf Preschool, custom homes, and several high-end tenant improvement remodels.

When not on the jobsite, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his wife Elizabeth and twin daughters Chloe and Maggie. Charlie is passionate about motorcycles, especially off-road motorcycles. He can often be found riding in Baja Mexico, searching for the freshest fish tacos and coldest beer.
