ROLE:

Steve is proud to be the Chief Operating Officer of Rylko’s amazing community. Steve is responsible for managing internal operations, building strong customer relationships, maximizing the company's operating performance, and helping to achieve the company's financial goals. Steve takes pride in actively participating in client development, project planning and logistics, and pre-construction activities to ensure that Rylko is always able to provide the most cost-effective and exquisite results for our esteemed clients.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve provides critical insight into the direction of the company. Steve’s wealth of experience includes developing and managing teams across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets— throughout his career, he has worked on projects ranging from core and shell construction to high-end tenant improvements for corporate, high tech, and hospitality companies, always delivering an exceptional final product for each client.

SKILLS AND HOBBIES:

When he’s not working, Steve enjoys time at home with his wife and two standard poodles. Steve loves cooking and is always searching for the next great vintage of wine— whether at home, or on his travels. Golfing, fishing and exploring new places are among his favorite ways to relax.
